???? We’re Hiring: Senior Graphic Designer
(English Required)

EverGrowth Agency is hiring a Senior Graphic Designer to join our fast-paced, performance-driven creative team.
We build high-converting social media ads and digital campaigns for growth-focused brands. We are looking for someone experienced, proactive, and detail-oriented — someone who doesn’t need hand-holding and can confidently own their role from day one.
This is not an entry-level role.

???? Communication Requirement (Important)
Strong English communication skills are required.

You must be able to:
Communicate clearly with our internal team
Participate confidently in client calls (in English)
Avoid spelling and grammar mistakes in design assets
English proficiency is non-negotiable.

???? Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a Senior Graphic Designer who:
Has a strong portfolio of client or agency work
Has experience creating performance-driven social media ads
Works quickly without sacrificing quality
Is highly detail-oriented and thoroughly checks their work before submitting
Can manage a heavy workload and meet deadlines consistently
Takes initiative and solves problems without waiting for instructions
Is reliable, responsive, and proactive

We are looking for someone who gets things DONE.

???? Core Responsibilities
Design high-performing static creatives for paid social campaigns
Support visual elements for video ads when needed
Follow brand guidelines across multiple client accounts
Collaborate closely with media buyers and account managers
Participate in internal meetings and client calls (in English)
Review all designs carefully for spelling, grammar, and formatting accuracy
Manage multiple projects simultaneously with speed and organization

???? Required Tools & Skills

Must Have:
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator required)
Canva
Strong typography, layout, and hierarchy skills
Experience designing for paid ads (Meta, YouTube, Google Display)

Strongly Preferred:
Agency experience
Ability to handle multiple brands simultaneously
Understanding of performance marketing concepts

Plus (Not Required):
Experience using AI tools for image or video creation
Basic motion graphics skills
