JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an exceptionally skilled Google Ads expert to take ownership of one primary Google Ads campaign for a high-value online services business.

This is not a beginner role.
This is not a “set it and forget it” role.

The campaign is already built, live, and generating data. Your role is to:

Diagnose what’s holding performance back

Optimize, scale, and stabilize results

Manage the account long-term with consistency and discipline

If you know how to turn an already-running campaign into a predictable lead engine, this role is for you.

This is a long-term position. If you perform well, we can work together for years.

???? Compensation (Very Important – Read Carefully)

We are flexible and performance-oriented.

Two possible structures (discussed during interview):

Fixed monthly pay + performance commission

Commission-heavy structure (higher upside)

If you are truly skilled and can deliver consistent results, earning ?100,000+ PHP per month is realistic, even while managing only one campaign.

This is a high-ticket service, so strong performance directly translates to strong commissions.

???? What You’ll Be Doing

Audit and diagnose an existing Google Ads account

Identify leaks, inefficiencies, and missed opportunities

Optimize:

Keywords and match types

Search terms

Ad copy

Bidding strategy

Budget allocation

Conversion tracking (critically important)

Improve lead quality, not just volume

Scale what works while controlling CPL

Monitor performance daily and optimize weekly

Communicate clearly and professionally

???? Who We’re Looking For

You are a great fit if you:

Have real hands-on experience managing Google Ads

Understand lead generation, not just clicks

Can explain why something isn’t working, not just guess

Are confident diagnosing problems inside an existing account

Care about long-term performance, not short-term hacks

Are reliable, responsive, and detail-oriented

???? This Is NOT For You If

You only know how to “set up” campaigns but not optimize them

You rely on templates without understanding intent

You’ve never scaled or stabilized a campaign before

You disappear for days without communication

???? Work Setup

Fully remote

Long-term collaboration

One main campaign to start (with room to grow)

???? Qualifying Questions (Do NOT Skip)

Please answer briefly but clearly:

How many Google Ads accounts have you personally managed end-to-end?

What is your strongest skill inside Google Ads? (e.g., search terms, bidding, tracking, scaling)

Describe one campaign you improved. What was wrong and what did you change?

How do you usually diagnose why a campaign isn’t performing?

Are you open to performance-based compensation?

Applications without answers will not be reviewed.

Final Note

We are looking for one strong operator, not an agency and not a beginner.

If you’re confident in your skills and want a long-term, high-earning role with real upside, apply.
