JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a high-level GoHighLevel (GHL) funnel builder and automation specialist to join our team.

This is not a beginner role.

You will be responsible for building high-converting funnels for our agency and our clients, primarily service-based businesses doing $1M+ per year.

You must be fast, detail-oriented, and understand how funnels actually generate revenue, not just look good.

What You’ll Be Doing
Build high-converting funnels inside GHL (landing pages, VSLs, booking flows, thank you pages)
Set up advanced automations (email, SMS, conditional logic)
Integrate and manage workflows using n8n
Implement AI automations (lead qualification, follow-ups, data flows)
Connect tools via Zapier / APIs where needed
Optimize funnels for conversion, not just design
Work across multiple client accounts (sub-accounts in GHL)
Requirements (Read Carefully)

DO NOT APPLY if you do not meet ALL of these:

2+ years experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) building funnels
Proven experience with n8n (not beginner level)
Strong experience with AI automations + workflow systems
Experience working with marketing agencies or similar environments
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Fast internet + ability to work quickly and communicate clearly
Ability to follow instructions and execute at a high level without constant oversight
Proof of Work (MANDATORY)

To be considered, you MUST include:

Loom video (REQUIRED) walking through:
A funnel you built inside GHL
The automations behind it
Any n8n or AI workflows used
Examples of:
Funnels you’ve built (links/screenshots)
Automations (GHL, n8n, AI workflows)

If you do not include this, your application will be ignored.

We only want experienced operators who can deliver fast and at a high standard.
