We’re a fast-growing e-commerce brand in the health and beauty niche, currently scaling across multiple markets. Our team consists of 15 experienced professionals working with stable workflows, clearly documented SOPs, and a consistent stream of high-quality projects.
We’re not looking for beginners. We’re looking for someone who’s already built high-converting funnels and is ready to take ownership—from strategy to execution.
As Funnel Builders Team Lead, you'll be responsible for:
- Reviewing, optimizing, and publishing Funnelish + Shopify funnels
- Managing internal funnel builders (currently 2–3 part-time builders)
- Setting up daily SOPs, checklists, and QA systems to eliminate errors
- Ensuring every funnel is ready for launch from both technical and CRO perspectives
- Acting as the last line of defense before a funnel goes live
- Owning funnel KPIs (launch speed, conversion rate, error rate)
- Regular review of active winning funnels and improving CR of it.
- Scaling winners with custom advertorials, increasing AOV .
What You Need:
- 1–2 years experience in funnel building (Shopify + Funnelish)
- Sharp eye for detail, QA, and conversion optimization
- Fluent English, clear communicator, and fast executor
- Comfortable managing a small team and giving feedback
- Strong experience with chatGPT and Direct Response copywriting, custom advertorials.
- marketing knowledge (CRO, increasing AOV, a/b tests )
- experience with Klaviyo.
