JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a full-time Senior Full Stack Web Developer & SEO Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on experience who understands that UI/UX can make or break a website.

Role overview
We are looking for an extremely talented engineer who can take a project from concept to deployment, owning both frontend experience and backend architecture while implementing advanced, results-driven SEO strategies. You should be confident working in modern stacks, integrating APIs, and building fast, scalable, and secure web applications.

Core responsibilities
Architect, develop, and maintain full stack web applications (frontend, backend, databases, and integrations).

Design high-converting, user-centered UI/UX and optimize site performance across devices.
Plan and execute technical and on-page SEO strategies that drive measurable organic growth.
Leverage AI tools for automation, content workflows, and development efficiency, beyond simple Q&A use cases.
Collaborate with a team of engineers, communicate ideas clearly, and participate in strategy and planning discussions.
Required skills and experience

Minimum 5+ years professional experience as a full stack web developer and SEO engineer.
Strong frontend skills (e.g., React/Vue, HTML/CSS/JS) plus solid backend experience (e.g., Node, PHP, or similar) and database work.
Proven SEO experience: technical SEO, on-page optimization, schema, site audits, and analytics tools.
Experience with WordPress (Elementor is a plus) and integrating third-party APIs and automation tools.

Comfortable presenting work, defending decisions, and speaking in front of a small group; this role requires someone who is confident, proactive, and opinionated when needed.
