About the Role:

We have built a working prototype/MVP of our application inside Replit. We are looking for a reliable, skilled Full-Stack Developer to lead the complete migration of this codebase out of Replit and set it up on a professional, scalable infrastructure (Vercel, Supabase/PostgreSQL or custom backend, custom domain, CI/CD pipeline).

Once the initial migration is complete, this will turn into a long-term role focused on building new features, improving app performance, ensuring security, and pushing the product to market quickly.

Key Responsibilities

-Replit Migration: Export and refactor the existing codebase from Replit into a clean, modern GitHub repository.
-Hosting Setup: Deploy and configure the production environment on Vercel (or an equivalent modern cloud setup).
-Database & Backend Configuration: Set up production-ready databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Supabase, Firebase), authentication, and environment variables safely.
-Feature Development: Rapidly build new user-facing features, repair bugs, and optimize application speed.
-Maintenance & Ownership: Own the codebase end-to-end, manage version control (Git), and ensure uptime and reliability as we scale.

Required Qualifications

-Modern Web Stack: Strong experience with Next.js / React, Node.js, and ---------- ployment & Cloud: Proven experience deploying and managing production apps on Vercel, Supabase, or AWS/GCP.
-Database Management: Experience setting up relational databases (PostgreSQL) or document databases, writing schemas, and running migrations.
-Replit Experience: Familiarity with how Replit handles projects/templates so you can smoothly extract and structure code.
-Communication: Strong written English skills with daily check-ins on Slack/ ---------- and clear documentation of code changes.

Nice-to-Have Skills
-Experience integrating payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal).
-Experience with AI/LLM API integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic) if applicable to the app.
-Basic UI/UX design capabilities (Tailwind CSS, Shadcn UI).
