JOB OVERVIEW

We are building a **custom lead generation system and application** designed to capture, qualify, route, and convert high-intent leads at scale.

This is **not a basic website or form project**.
We are looking for **exceptional builders**—engineers who think in systems, understand business outcomes, and can execute end-to-end with minimal oversight.

If you are one of the smartest, most skillful developers you know—and you can prove it—this role is for you.

### What You Will Build

* A full lead generation application (web-based, scalable)
* Lead capture from multiple sources (forms, ads, APIs)
* Intelligent lead routing and qualification logic
* CRM-style pipeline (lead ? contacted ? booked ? closed)
* Automation for follow-ups (email, SMS, notifications)
* Dashboards and performance reporting
* Integrations with third-party platforms and tools
* Optional AI features for lead scoring, automation, or qualification

### Education Backgrounds (Preferred, Not Mandatory)

We are interested in candidates with education or equivalent experience in:

* Computer Science
* Software Engineering
* Computer Engineering
* Information Systems
* Data Science (for AI / automation–focused candidates)

Formal degrees are **not required** if you can demonstrate real-world ability.
Self-taught engineers, bootcamp graduates, and non-traditional backgrounds are welcome **if you have shipped real systems**.
