JOB OVERVIEW

We are a UK-based digital agency. We build fast, high-converting websites for UK businesses and back them with SEO, paid ads, and AI-powered systems. We hold a high bar for quality, and we're looking for someone who shares it.

This is a senior, full-stack role with a strong design element. We want a developer who can take a project from a blank canvas — design it, build the front and back end, integrate it, and ship it — with minimal hand-holding. If you're early in your career, this likely isn't the right fit. But if you're an experienced full-stack developer with a genuine eye for design, and you want long-term, stable work with a team that values quality, we'd love to hear from you.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Designing and building high-performance websites end to end — from concept and layout through to deployment
- Creating clean, modern, conversion-focused UI designs (Figma) and turning them into pixel-perfect builds
- Front-end development in React and Tailwind CSS
- Back-end development: APIs, databases, server logic, authentication, and integrations
- Implementing technical SEO to a high standard — semantic markup, structured data (JSON-LD), Core Web Vitals, performance optimisation
- Integrating CRMs, automation tools, analytics, payment, and third-party services (Zapier, webhooks, GA4)
- Building and customising WordPress sites where projects require it
- Using AI tools to work faster and helping build AI-powered automations for us and our clients
- Owning performance, accessibility, security, and design quality across everything you build

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR (SENIOR ROLE)
- 3+ years of professional full-stack development experience
- Advanced React and modern JavaScript; solid back-end skills (Node, APIs, databases)
- A strong design eye — you can design a clean, professional site in Figma, not just build someone else's mockup
- Strong technical SEO experience: structured data, Core Web Vitals, performance, indexing
- Proven experience integrating APIs, CRMs, forms, and automation/analytics tools
- Strong Tailwind CSS and responsive, pixel-perfect implementation
- Solid WordPress experience (custom builds, not just page builders)
- Experience using AI tools in a real development workflow
- Excellent written English and clear, proactive communication
- A portfolio showing both design quality and technical strength

NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with Vite, Astro, Next.js, or headless CMS setups
- Experience deploying to Cloudflare, Vercel, or similar
- UI/UX design background or brand/visual design skills
- Experience integrating AI assistants/chatbots into client sites
- Conversion-rate optimisation and landing-page experience
