About Us
LP Bonds. Live DeFi protocol. 8+ chains. 50+ pools. Real users. Real TVL. We built this with a team most startups would call "impossible." We're not looking for someone who's done 10 years of safe corporate blockchain work. We're looking for someone who's hungry enough to own an entire protocol's technical stack and sharp enough to not break it.
THE ROLE
You own everything technical. Smart contracts. Frontend. Backend. New chain deployments. DEX integrations. Infrastructure. There's no senior engineer above you to review your code. There's no architect drawing diagrams for you. You are the engineering department.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Solidity & Contracts:
- Deploy and manage production smart contracts across EVM chains - Bond NFTs, LP vaults, yield engines, upgrade systems, marketplace
- Ship new chain deployments end-to-end. We hand you a chain, you hand us live contracts.
- Integrate with DEX protocols (Camelot, PancakeSwap, Uniswap) at the contract level
- Security is your religion. You think about how things break before you think about how they work.
Frontend:
- React/Next.js - build and maintain the full user-facing application
- Web3 wallet integrations, stats dashboard, Bond NFT marketplace
- If the UI is broken, it's your problem. If it's slow, it's your problem.
Backend & Infra:
- Node.js API, MongoDB, IPFS
- Multi-chain indexing and event monitoring
- Keep 8+ chain deployments healthy simultaneously
WHO YOU ARE:
- You've written Solidity that's been deployed to mainnet. Even once. Even small. You've felt the weight of real money in your contract.
- You can build a full-stack app alone. Not "I contributed to a team project" - you built it.
- You learn by doing, not by asking. You hit a wall, you Google it, you read the docs, you figure it out, you ship.
- You're not waiting for permission. You see something broken, you fix it. You see something missing, you build it.
- You're young, hungry, and slightly terrified of how much responsibility this is. Good. That fear keeps you sharp.
WE CARE ABOUT:
- What you've shipped. Show us. Links or it didn't happen.
- How fast you learn when thrown into something you've never done
- Whether you take ownership or make excuses
- Whether you stay up until 3am because the bug is bothering you, not because someone told you to
This is a small team building something most of DeFi hasn't figured out yet. You will be stretched. You will ship things you didn't think you could ship. You will learn more here than anywhere else because there's no one to hide behind.
