JOB OVERVIEW

Position: Senior Full-Stack Developer
Experience: 3+ years

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our growing engineering team and help scale a high-performance lead generation and distribution platform. As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex backend systems, driving architectural decisions, improving platform reliability, and supporting the delivery of new business-critical features.

You will work across the full technology stack, contributing to frontend applications, backend services, database design, integrations, infrastructure, and deployment processes. This role requires strong technical ownership, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to independently drive projects from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities:
-Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using React, Next.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.
-Architect and implement lead distribution, routing, allocation, and processing systems.
-Build and maintain REST APIs and third-party integrations with brokers, advertisers, and external platforms.
-Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and migrations.
-Implement asynchronous processing, background jobs, queues, retry mechanisms, and fault-tolerant workflows.
-Contribute to infrastructure management, deployment automation, monitoring, and production stability.
-Perform code reviews and ensure high development standards across the team.
-Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
-Identify performance bottlenecks, technical risks, and opportunities for system improvements.
-Mentor developers and provide technical guidance when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
-5+ years of professional software development experience.
-Strong expertise in TypeScript and JavaScript.
-Advanced experience with Node.js and backend application development.
-Strong experience with React.js and Next.js.
-Solid understanding of SQL databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
-Experience designing scalable APIs and system architectures.
-Experience with Docker and production deployments.
-Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, and application security.
-Experience troubleshooting production systems and complex technical issues.
-Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
-Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS, GCP, Azure, DigitalOcean).
-Experience with monitoring and observability tools.
-Python scripting and automation experience.
-Experience with high-volume lead processing, CRM systems, affiliate marketing, or broker integrations.
-Experience integrating Meta/Facebook Ads APIs.
-Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
