JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced financial professional from the Philippines to join our team on a project basis. This role will support the development of an investor readiness and capital raise strategy for a SaaS platform transitioning from MVP to a fully-owned product. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial modeling, investor relations, and SaaS business models, and will work closely with our CFO.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in building a comprehensive 5-year SaaS financial model including revenue projections, cost structure, burn rates, and valuation scenarios.

Develop investor pitch materials and support the creation of a data room for potential investors.

Conduct due diligence on developer proposals and assist in evaluating technical co-founder or in-house developer scenarios.

Support the CFO in managing the fundraising pipeline, including preparing Q&A packs and investor meeting briefs.

Collaborate in designing and implementing a pre-sales interest capture system to validate market pricing and early traction.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in financial analysis, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven business environment.

Familiarity with investor relations and capital raising processes, including preparation of pitch decks and financial forecasts.

Strong analytical and Excel (or equivalent) modeling skills.

Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Job Details:

Engagement Type: Project-based, approximately 3 months with potential for extension based on project phases.

Work Schedule: Flexible hours, with some overlap required with U.S. Central Time (CST).

Compensation:

Competitive project fee to be discussed based on experience and scope. Generally, the range is commensurate with senior-level expertise and will be outlined during the interview process.
