JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Finance Manager to oversee financial reporting, cash flow, budgeting, profitability, and financial controls across our e-commerce business. Applicants must have extensive finance and accounting experience, preferably supporting businesses selling through Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok Shop.

Requirements:
At least 5 years of finance, accounting, or financial management experience
Extensive experience with e-commerce financial operations
Strong knowledge of P&L, balance sheets, cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting
Hands-on experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
Experience reconciling Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, PayPal, Stripe, and bank transactions
Strong understanding of inventory valuation, COGS, fees, refunds, and profitability
Excellent Excel or Google Sheets skills
Excellent written and spoken English
Accounting or finance qualification is preferred

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash-flow reports
Manage budgets, forecasts, and rolling cash-flow projections
Monitor revenue, expenses, COGS, margins, and profitability
Reconcile Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, payment gateways, and bank accounts
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoices, and payment schedules
Monitor inventory value, landed costs, marketplace fees, refunds, and chargebacks
Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks or other accounting systems
Review financial controls and identify errors, risks, or unnecessary expenses
Coordinate payroll calculations and payment information
Work with external accountants, bookkeepers, suppliers, and internal teams
Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports for senior management
Provide financial recommendations to support business decisions and growth

Role Details:
Rate: $8.00 USD per hour
