Salary Ranges from $800 to $2000/month
Candidates shall be competent in the following:
Cloud-First Financial Integrity: Execute Xero and Hubdoc reconciliations to maintain real-time accuracy in AP/AR, expense categorization, and vendor payment tracking across multiple currencies and payment channels. Proactively audit the Amazon Reimbursement team's case outcomes to ensure all recovered units and funds are correctly captured and reflected in the books, flagging discrepancies before they compound. Deliver high-level support for CPA duties and month-end closes, maintaining organized, audit-ready documentation to produce tax-ready, forensic-level financial statements on a consistent schedule. Candidates must demonstrate a strong, established track record of independent financial operations work, ideally within an e-commerce or Amazon-seller environment.
HR & Team Performance: Spearhead recruitment efforts across multiple roles to attract top-tier talent, from writing job descriptions and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and finalizing offers. Manage the full employee lifecycle—including onboarding, payroll, attendance tracking, and ongoing performance management—to ensure every team member is set up for success and held to clear expectations. Uphold the organization's code of conduct and core values across a distributed, remote team, addressing performance or conduct issues directly and fairly while maintaining high standards of accountability and team morale.
Technical Proficiency & Prompting: Leverage modern AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) through advanced prompt engineering to synthesize financial trends into clear, actionable summaries, draft and refine internal HR policies, and automate recurring administrative workflows. Use AI to accelerate candidate screening, draft recruitment and performance communications, and streamline reconciliation processes via Slack, Google Drive, and Xero automation—ensuring both financial accuracy and HR responsiveness are maintained under tight deadlines.
