As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance team.

What You’ll Be Doing
As our Financial Analyst, you’ll turn messy financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights. You’ll work closely with leadership to provide strategic analysis, support decision-making, and ensure financial reporting is accurate and insightful. This is more than bookkeeping, you’ll be analyzing, forecasting, and modeling to drive real business impact.

Key Responsibilities
-Take raw or messy data from multiple sources and turn it into accurate, meaningful financial reports.
-Prepare monthly and ad hoc reports, including P&L, gross profit, EBITDA, and cash flow analysis. Provide variance, trend, and KPI insights, including LTV-CAC and other commercial metrics.
-Build and maintain financial models to support budgets, forecasts, and strategic decision-making.
-Work with Marketing, Operations, and other teams to align on budget, strategy, and performance improvements.
Identify opportunities to streamline reporting, implement Excel/automation tools, and enhance financial workflows.
-Contribute to special projects, cost analysis, and other initiatives that influence the company’s financial future.
