JOB OVERVIEW

Executive Assistant – Remote (Philippines)
Long-term collaboration. Immediate start.

I am looking for an experienced Executive Assistant with proven expertise in document organisation, digital filing and high-level support using AI tools (including ChatGPT). The role requires sharp attention to detail, excellent task prioritisation and very strong written communication skills.

Required profile
• Minimum 10–15 years proven experience as Executive Assistant or similar high-level support function – any CV below this threshold will be automatically rejected and blacklisted
• Outstanding English (written and spoken). French is a strong plus
• Demonstrated ability to work daily with AI tools (ChatGPT, document optimisation, CV preparation, drafting emails), including adapting tone and content for executive communication
• Strong ability to structure and file documents properly in shared drives and servers
• High speed of execution while maintaining precision and confidentiality
• Availability aligned with European time zones: minimum 4–6 hours per day
• Experience supporting international executives is preferred

Key responsibilities
• Organise and clean file structures on server/shared drives with rigorous naming conventions
• Prepare executive-level documents (emails, CVs, applications, presentations) using Word and AI tools
• Draft and optimise content rapidly while matching required tone and strategic intent
• Assist with various follow-up tasks, document tracking and coordination
• Handle confidential information with absolute discretion
