Who You Are
Attention to detail is the most important trait for this role. Every document, every email, and every filing should be treated as if it could be reviewed by an attorney. If attention to detail is not one of your strongest natural traits, please do not apply.
Beyond that:
You proactively identify what needs to be done without waiting for direction
You confirm scope before starting any task and report back upon completion without being asked
You over-communicate by default — status updates, early flags, and follow-ups are second nature to you
You double and triple check your own work before submitting
You ask clarifying questions upfront rather than making assumptions midway through
You follow up on open items without being reminded
You are comfortable operating in an environment where priorities shift and processes are still being built
This role is not for you if:
You need step-by-step instructions to get started
You submit work without reviewing it yourself first
You go quiet when blocked instead of escalating
You treat communication as optional when things are going smoothly
Experience & Background
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or similar role supporting senior leadership
Experience managing contracts, vendor relationships, or regulatory correspondence a strong plus
Highly organized with a demonstrated system for tracking multiple workstreams simultaneously
Excellent written communication skills
Experience in performance marketing, lead generation, or digital media preferred but not required
