We will be sending 200k–1M outbound
If you have not personally built deliverability infrastructure from zero ? scale, you will not succeed here.
IMPORTANT: If your experience is team-level, agency-level, or tool-assisted (Instantly presets, Smartlead presets), you will not pass the assessment. We are hiring someone who has personally built, tested, and repaired systems — not someone who "used a tool."

Multi-domain + multi-ESP sending architecture
DNS engineering (SPF/DKIM/DMARC/BIMI)
Domain/IP warmup schedules + reputation management
List segmentation, list cleaning, bounce/complaint management
Deliverability testing + seed monitoring
ESP orchestration (Instantly, Smartlead, Mailgun/SES/SendGrid)
CRM and workflow integration (
Daily performance reporting: inbox rate, domain reputation, spam/trap indicators
Emergency triage when inbox placement drops

Built multi-domain / multi-ESP sending systems from scratch
Personally configured SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX, tracking domains
Designed and executed domain warmups (new ? warmed ? rotation ? retirement)
Deep practical understanding of Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo filtering systems

Engagement-based filtering
Heuristic vs. ML filtering (Gmail)
If you cannot explain this clearly, you will not pass the assessment.
If you've only worked on customer lists or relied on platform defaults, this role is not for you.

Your largest volume was under 50k/week
You've never built a multi-domain system
You rely on tutorials, agencies, or platform presets
You've never run a domain warmup schedule yourself

You've never fixed a Gmail reputation crash
You cannot explain why inbox placement drops and what root factors caused it
You've only sent to fully-warm or opt-in lists
You need supervision or detailed task instructions
You cannot produce proof of past sending volume (e.g., Postmaster screenshots, ESP dashboards, warmup logs)
