JOB OVERVIEW

At Instrux, we help companies bring products to market in the right way. We support clients with EU product compliance by translating regulations into practical actions, reviewing technical documentation, and helping them make sound compliance decisions. Our projects range from straightforward documentation support to more complex compliance challenges that require research, interpretation, and client advice.

We are looking for a Senior EU Product Compliance Specialist who can take ownership of projects, perform regulatory research, and advise clients with confidence. This role is for someone who is comfortable working independently, communicating directly with clients, and turning complex requirements into clear recommendations.

What you will do

- Lead EU product compliance projects from review to recommendation
- Research applicable EU legislation, standards, and product requirements
- Review technical documentation and identify compliance gaps or risks
- Draft risk assessments according to ISO 12100 or GPSR guidelines
- Advise clients on documentation, conformity requirements, and next steps
- Draft or review Declarations of Conformity and technical files where needed
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to move projects forward
- Translate complex compliance topics into practical and understandable advice
- Support internal knowledge building and contribute to strong project delivery

What we are looking for

- Solid experience in EU product compliance, mainly CE/GPSR/FCM/REACH (3 -5 years day to day experience)
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Confident in reviewing regulations and applying them to real products and situations
- Able to manage projects independently and keep ---------- ntum
- Clear and professional written and spoken English
- Strong communication skills with clients and suppliers
- Detail-oriented, practical, and solution-focused
- Comfortable working fully remote
