JOB OVERVIEW

IMPORTANT: This is not a Social Media Manager or general VA position.
We are specifically looking for someone with hands-on experience in Klaviyo, website maintenance and digital tracking. You should be comfortable working with Shopify/WordPress, GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel and Google Ads conversion tracking.
We are looking for a Digital marketer to support multiple businesses across website maintenance, email marketing, tracking, team coordination and project management.

Role Summary
The bulk of the role will initially revolve around Klaviyo, website maintenance and tracking.
We are also launching two websites, so there may initially be a higher volume of smaller website changes. Larger development work will be handled by our website agencies.

As you become familiar with the business, team coordination and project management will become a larger part of the role.
Skills we need
Website maintenance
Copywriting updates.
Add/change images.
Change page structure and content.
Experienced in shopify & wordpress.

You will be making changes to existing websites, not building websites from scratch. Shopify experience is preferred but not essential. We have training videos and documentation available.
Ads setup, Tracking & Troubleshooting
GA4 setup & events.
GTM - if needed.
Meta Ads conversion events & pixel creation.
Google Ads conversion goals & tracking.
Google search console.
Google & Meta Ads campaign management - bonus.

Once tracking is set up correctly, there will generally be minimal ongoing work unless website changes cause tracking issues. When this happens, we need someone who can identify and fix the problem quickly. You will not be expected to manage ads, but doing so is a bonus.

Email Marketing - Klaviyo
Set up Klaviyo accounts.
Integrate Klaviyo with websites/e-commerce stores.
Create and schedule campaigns.
Build automated flows.
Create customer segments.
Brief our designer to create professional emails.
Understand basic deliverability and performance metrics.

Following up, briefing and communication
Following up: You will use Asana and WhatsApp to keep projects moving, follow up with people on deadlines and keep our local and overseas team members accountable for their tasks
Briefing: You will brief our graphic designer through Asana. Having an eye for design is preferred, but we can provide training.
Communication: You should communicate clearly and succinctly to get the information or action required from people.

Events & project management
Events: We have grand openings and birthday events for our pharmacies, so finding photographers, balloon twisters and other similar things will be the majority of the work.
Awareness marketing campaigns. Briefing our designer for assets and sending them every 2 weeks to a shopping centre advertising our pharmacy on their channels.

Coordinating team members

Over time, you will take ownership of templated Asana projects and manage them from start to finish.

You will be working for an australian company to english literacy is a must.

3. Troubleshooting: A Shopify purchase is appearing in Shopify but is not being recorded as a Google Ads conversion. Explain how you would investigate the problem.
4. Websites: How many years of hands-on experience do you have making changes to Shopify and/or WordPress websites?
5. Proof: Provide screenshots or examples of previous work involving GTM/GA4/Klaviyo/Meta Pixel, with confidential information hidden.
Do not apply if your experience is primarily social media management, graphic design, general VA work or lead generation.
