JOB OVERVIEW

We are an established U.S.-based personalized gifts and printing business seeking a highly experienced E-Commerce Growth & Operations Manager who can help take our company to the next level.

This is not an entry-level position, a basic product-listing role, or a position for someone who needs extensive training. We need a serious, confident, proactive e-commerce professional who understands how to grow and manage an online business—and is ready to take ownership from day one.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You must have at least five years of hands-on experience managing and growing an e-commerce business. You should understand the complete e-commerce process, from product research and listing creation to store optimization, advertising, conversion improvement, order fulfillment, customer experience, and performance analysis.

You must be someone who can review a business, identify what is missing, create a clear action plan, and execute it without waiting to be told every small step.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

You must have strong, hands-on experience with:

• Shopify store management and optimization
• Shopify themes, product pages, collections, navigation, discounts, shipping settings, and reporting
• Shopify apps used for personalized and customized products
• Customily or similar product-personalization software
• Amazon Seller Central
• Etsy Shop Manager
• eBay Seller Hub
• Product listing creation and optimization
• SEO titles, descriptions, tags, keywords, and backend search terms
• E-commerce advertising, promotions, and sales-growth strategies
• Conversion-rate optimization and competitor research
• Analyzing sales reports and making decisions based on data

PRINTING AND PERSONALIZATION EXPERIENCE

You must also understand the customized-product and printing industry. Strong knowledge in the following areas is required:

• Personalized gifts and custom photo products
• Sublimation printing
• Personalized mugs, tumblers, apparel, slates, ornaments, and similar products
• Print-ready artwork and image-quality requirements
• DPI, sizing, bleed, color management, and transparent PNG files
• Custom order workflows and customer personalization instructions
• Product mockups and listing images
• Proof approval and production processes
• Quality control and common printing problems
• Coordination between online orders and the production team

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and improve our Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, and eBay sales channels
• Audit our current stores and identify immediate opportunities for improvement
• Develop and execute strategies to increase traffic, conversions, and revenue
• Create and optimize high-performing product listings
• Research profitable products, trends, keywords, and competitors
• Improve product-personalization workflows using Customily and other useful apps
• Recommend and implement the right Shopify apps and integrations
• Monitor marketplace performance, account health, customer feedback, and operational issues
• Create promotions, bundles, upsells, cross-sells, and seasonal campaigns
• Review data and provide clear weekly performance reports
• Work closely with our design, customer-service, and production teams
• Build systems and standard operating procedures that improve efficiency
• Identify problems early and take initiative to solve them
• Bring new ideas that can realistically grow the business
