# Senior E-Commerce Customer Service Specialist — Comslayer Expert

We are looking for an experienced customer service professional with **at least 5 years of hands-on experience and proven Comslayer experience** to join our growing e-commerce company specializing in men's clothing, shoes, belts, and accessories.

We need someone who understands that customer service is much more than answering emails. It plays a crucial role in protecting revenue, preventing avoidable refunds and chargebacks, retaining customers, and building a successful business.

**Your responsibilities:**
- Manage customer conversations through Comslayer and email.
- Resolve complaints professionally and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Investigate refund requests and help prevent avoidable financial losses.
- Protect payment processing by resolving customer concerns and reducing chargeback risks.
- Identify opportunities for customer retention, upselling, and additional sales.
- Maintain organized records and track cases using Google Sheets.
- Identify recurring product issues and communicate with suppliers when necessary.
- Take ownership, solve problems independently, and continuously improve our customer service operations.

**Who we are looking for:**

Someone experienced, proactive, highly organized, and capable of making sound decisions without constant supervision. You must understand the balance between keeping customers happy and protecting the company's interests.

We want a professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service and understands how their work directly impacts the company's growth.

**Work schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Philippine time.

**Starting salary:** $600 USD/month, with a salary increase after the first three months. Further salary growth is unlimited as you grow with the company and demonstrate the value you bring.
