JOB OVERVIEW

Now Hiring: Senior Dispute Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Dispute Manager to lead and oversee credit dispute operations, manage client accounts, and ensure disputes are handled accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the full credit dispute process
Review credit reports and identify disputable items
Prepare and submit disputes to Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion
Handle escalations with CFPB, BBB, ATG, and FTC when needed
Monitor dispute timelines, responses, and outcomes
Review and ensure the accuracy of dispute documentation
Manage and support dispute team members
Communicate with clients regarding dispute progress and results
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems

Qualifications
2+ years of hands-on credit dispute/credit repair experience
Strong knowledge of FCRA, FDCPA, and credit reporting practices
Experience with credit bureaus and regulatory complaints
Leadership or dispute management experience preferred
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Experience with Go High Level and/or CRC is a plus
