Social media managers
Trend recyclers
ChatGPT idea generators
We are looking for someone who understands:
Direct response psychology
Belief shifts
Angle development
Mechanism-based marketing
Creative hit-rate optimization
Performance metrics (CTR, CPA, CVR, AOV)
If you don’t understand those terms deeply, this role is not for you.
???? WHAT YOU WILL DO
Develop high-converting creative briefs
Build unique angles competitors are not using
Improve creative hit-rate across products
Research customer psychology deeply
Structure systematic testing frameworks
Work closely with media buying team
This is NOT a content role.
This is a performance role.
???? REQUIREMENTS
You must:
Have worked on ecommerce performance ads
Understand paid ads metrics
Explain why ads work (not just “because hook is good”)
Be able to analyze competitors deeply
Think in hypotheses, not vibes

???? COMPENSATION
Base salary: $2,000 – $2,800 / month (based on experience)
Performance bonus:
$500 bonus when 2+ creatives hit scaling KPIs
$1,000 bonus when 5+ creatives hit scaling KPIs
Additional bonus tied to revenue lift above baseline
30-day paid trial first.
Full-time role after proven performance.
