JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a highly qualified, senior-level Digital Marketing & Web Development expert for a long-term, full-time role.

We are based in New Zealand.

This position is for someone who can own performance end-to-end — from traffic generation (SEO, Google Ads, Social) to website optimization and lead conversion.

This is NOT a VA role

This is NOT an entry-level position

This IS for a proven performer who can show real results

Core Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
Own SEO strategy (on-page, technical SEO, content direction)
Manage lead generation funnels and improve CPL & lead quality
Support and optimize social media marketing (organic + paid support)
Track, analyze, and improve performance using GA4, Google Tag Manager
Produce clear weekly reports with insights and next actions

Web Development & Conversion

Manage and improve company websites (WordPress or similar CMS)
Build and optimize landing pages for lead generation
Improve page speed, UX, and mobile performance
Implement tracking pixels, tags, and conversion events
Make CRO improvements based on data (forms, CTAs, layouts)

Required Experience (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

4+ years experience in digital marketing
Strong hands-on experience with:
Google Ads
SEO (technical + on-page)
Lead generation

Working knowledge of web development:
WordPress
HTML / CSS (basic JS a plus)

Strong understanding of conversion tracking (GA4, GTM)
Ability to explain why decisions are made (strategy, not guessing)
Excellent English (written and spoken)
Reliable internet and consistent availability

Nice to Have (Strong Advantage)

Google Ads / Analytics certifications
CRO or landing page optimization experience
Experience with international clients
Page speed optimization (Core Web Vitals)
Experience working with designers and copywriters

Employment Details

Type: Full-time (40 hrs/week)
Location: Philippines (Remote)
Salary: Based on experience (see range below)
Schedule: Agreed working hours
Trial: Paid trial period
Start: Immediate for the right candidate
Long-term: Yes — we are building, not churning

Salary depends on:

Php $31,500 - $72,600
