JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a senior, experienced Digital Marketing Manager who can lead a marketing team, establish accountability systems, and make sure every project is completed correctly, on time, and to a high professional standard.

This is not a junior marketing position.

The ideal candidate will have 5–10+ years of management experience, preferably in a Senior Manager, Head of Marketing, Director, or similar leadership role inside an established company.

You will oversee team members across digital marketing, content, advertising, video, websites, funnels, social media, and community development.

Your Responsibilities:
* Assign responsibilities, establish deadlines, and follow through until work is completed
* Build systems for tracking all marketing activity and performance
* Track digital advertisements, videos, funnels, websites, landing pages, communities, social media, email campaigns, and other paid and organic media
* Establish dashboards, spreadsheets, KPIs, reporting systems, and project-management processes
* Monitor campaign results and identify what is working, what is underperforming, and what needs to change
* Coordinate the different team members responsible for creating, launching, testing, and optimizing marketing assets
* Ensure projects do not become delayed, forgotten, or poorly executed
* Review the quality and accuracy of work before publication
* Hold team members accountable for deadlines and deliverables
* Continuously improve the team's productivity, organization, and marketing performance
* Report clearly to senior management on progress, problems, numbers, and next actions

Who We Are Looking For:
You should be a firm, organized, intelligent, decisive leader who knows how to manage people while maintaining high standards.

We want someone who is people-minded, but not soft when it comes to deadlines, accountability, performance, or quality.

You should be comfortable taking control of a busy marketing operation, establishing structure where needed, and making sure the team executes.

Requirements:
* 5–10+ years of management experience
* Previous experience as a Marketing Manager, Senior Manager, Director, Department Head, or equivalent
* Proven experience managing teams and multiple simultaneous projects
* Strong understanding of digital marketing and online customer acquisition
* Experience with paid advertising, organic marketing, social media, funnels, websites, email marketing, video, and content
* Strong knowledge of analytics, KPIs, reporting, and campaign tracking
* Advanced ability with spreadsheets, dashboards, and project-management systems
* Comfortable using modern marketing and AI tools
* Excellent written and verbal English
* Exceptional organization and attention to detail
* Strong follow-through and problem-solving ability
* Able to work primarily during U.S./American business hours

Compensation:
₱50,000–₱80,000 per month, depending on experience, leadership ability, and demonstrated results.
