JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced DevOps & Database Infrastructure Engineer to manage the infrastructure behind several international online businesses.

This is a long-term, full-time position with responsibility for our servers, deployments, databases, monitoring and security.

Responsibilities

* Manage Linux production and staging servers
* Manage Docker / Dokploy deployments
* Manage PostgreSQL servers, databases, users and permissions
* PostgreSQL backups, restore testing and disaster recovery
* PostgreSQL monitoring and performance troubleshooting
* Manage Redis
* Configure Cloudflare, DNS, SSL and networking
* Server security, SSH access and firewall configuration
* Monitoring, logging and uptime alerts
* CI/CD and GitHub workflows
* Troubleshoot production issues
* Automate repetitive infrastructure tasks
* Keep infrastructure documented and up to date
* Support developers with infrastructure and database issues

What We’re Looking For

* 5+ years of relevant experience
* Strong Linux administration skills
* Strong Docker experience
* Good PostgreSQL administration experience
* Experience with backups and disaster recovery
* Good understanding of networking, DNS, SSL and security
* Bash/Python scripting experience
* Able to troubleshoot production problems independently
* Proactive and comfortable taking ownership

Experience with Dokploy, Docker Swarm, Cloudflare, PostgreSQL, Redis, Traefik/Nginx and GitHub is a plus.

Working Conditions

* PHP 70,000/month
* Full-time, 40 hours/week
* Monday–Friday
* Philippine business hours
* Fully remote
* Long-term position
