### The Role
We're hiring one exceptional designer — an A-player who treats AI as a core part of how they work, not an afterthought. You'll own design across three areas: building websites, designing landing pages that convert, and producing static Meta ad creative that stops the scroll.

This isn't a seat-filler role. We want someone who pairs genuine craft with speed, uses AI to multiply their output without sacrificing quality, and takes full ownership of what they ship.

### What You'll Do
- Design and build websites and landing pages engineered to convert, not just look good
- Produce high-volume, high-quality static ad creative for Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
- Use AI tools throughout your workflow to work faster and explore more directions
- Translate campaign goals and audience insights into design that performs
- Maintain brand consistency across every asset and client
- A/B test creative and landing page variations, then iterate on what wins
- Optimize for speed, mobile responsiveness, and real-world performance
- Juggle multiple projects and deliver on time without dropping quality

### What You Bring
- A portfolio that immediately makes the case — web, landing pages, and ad creative that's both beautiful and conversion-minded
- AI baked into your process (generation, ideation, iteration, production) with a clear sense of where it helps and where craft still wins
- Expert-level Figma plus Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong command of typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Real understanding of conversion-focused design, marketing funnels, and CRO
- Hands-on experience designing within Meta ad formats and specs
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and how design gets implemented (a plus, not a dealbreaker)
- Fluent written and spoken English, and reliable overlap with EST hours
- The ability to manage your own workload, communicate clearly, and own outcomes
