JOB OVERVIEW

**Location:** Remote (Philippines)
**Shift:** 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (Monday – Friday)


We are a fast-growing Real Estate and Loan Pre-approval firm looking for a **Growth-Minded Dispute Expert** to lead our credit restoration wing. This is not a role for a "template sender." We need a strategist who understands the "why" behind the dispute, knows how to leverage the law, and can manage high-level workflows in **DisputeFox** and **GoHighLevel**.

**IMPORTANT:** We are looking for a dedicated tea ---------- mber. If you currently run your own credit repair business or manage multiple outside clients, please do not apply.

Key Responsibilities:

* **Advanced Dispute Strategy:** Execute "Updated Methods" (Factual, Metro2, or Administrative) beyond basic 609 letters.
* **Legal Triage:** Identify clear violations (re-insertions without notice, failure to investigate) and prepare files for referral to our **FCRA Attorney** partners.
* **Financial Problem Solving:** Resolve complex banking "blockages" including **ChexSystems** and **EWS** (Early Warning Services) to restore client banking privileges.
* **Student Loan Management:** Navigate the 2026 "RAP" (Repayment Assistance Plan) and Tiered Standard rules. Direct clients through consolidations and IDR applications to improve Debt-to-Income (DTI) ratios.
* **Strategic Communication:** Write high-impact **Goodwill Letters** when traditional disputes aren't the best path.
* **Cross-Team Collaboration:** Work daily with our Loan and Real Estate teams. You will use **GoHighLevel** to update pipelines, trigger automations, and communicate with clients.

Required Experience & Skills

* **Software Mastery:** 2+ years of hands-on experience in **DisputeFox** AND **GoHighLevel** (GHL).
* **Management Background:** Experience managing a dispute team or a high volume of files during a scaling phase.
* **English Proficiency:** Mastery of the English language is a must. You must be able to explain complex credit concepts to American clients with confidence and empathy.
* **Technical Knowledge:** * Deep understanding of the **Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA)**.
* Knowledge of **Student Loan Consolidation** and the latest 2026 IDR/RAP guidelines.
* Proven track record of removing ChexSystems/EWS records.
* **Growth Mindset:** You thrive in a fast-paced environment and look for ways to optimize workflows as we scale.

### **Technical Requirements**
* Reliable high-speed internet (Backup connection required).
* Noise-canceling headset and a professional, quiet home office setup.
* Must be available during **10am - 6pm EST** (no exceptions).
