We’re looking for a high-level creative — someone who understands content, not just editing.
This role is for someone who:
Thinks in hooks, retention, and conversions
Understands what makes content perform
Can turn strategy into high-impact creative execution
You’ll work directly with our Marketing Manager, who drives strategy —
and you’ll be the person who brings that strategy to life.
???? What You’ll Be Responsible For
Editing high-performing short-form content
TikTok, Reels, Shorts
Turning long-form content (podcasts, interviews) into engaging clips
Creating ad creatives for Meta & Google
Developing:
Hooks
Angles
Creative concepts
Iterating content based on performance data
This is not task-based work — this is performance-driven creative output.
???? Who This Is For
This role is for someone who:
Has strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
Understands modern content trends and attention psychology
Can generate ideas, not just execute instructions
Has experience creating:
Viral or high-performing content
OR ad creatives that convert
Is proactive, fast-moving, and takes ownership

Have worked with brands, agencies, or personal brands
Understand paid ads and creative testing
Use tools like:
Canva
Descript
AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.)
Can explain why your content performs, not just show it
