We are looking for a Senior Creative Strategist with real, hands-on experience in UGC, video ads, and direct-response marketing.
This is not a generic marketing role and not a pure video editing role.
You will be responsible for designing, testing, and scaling ad creatives that convert, from concept to execution.
Your responsibilities will include:
Developing high-performing ad concepts, angles, and creative strategies
Writing direct-response scripts (UGC, TikTok, Meta, short-form video)
Analyzing competitor ads and adapting winning structures
Designing hooks, frameworks, and testing roadmaps
Managing creators & influencers (outreach, briefs, timelines, deliveries)
Reviewing raw content and structuring it into scalable ad assets
Working closely with video editors, providing clear creative direction
Analyzing creative KPIs (CTR, Hook Rate, Hold, CPA) and iterating fast
You MUST understand why ads work, not just how to make them look good.
This role is NOT for you if:
You are only a video editor
You are only a media buyer
You don’t understand direct-response marketing
You can’t explain why an ad converts
We are looking for someone who:
Has strong experience in video editing
Has worked with UGC & paid ads
Understands hooks, angles, pacing, and ad psychology
Can manage creators and creative pipelines end-to-end
Thinks strategically but executes fast
Only serious, high-level candidates will be considered.
