JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a high-level, self-driven creative designer to produce video and static content for a fast-growing 12V automotive brand.

Switch Boss is a premium 12V automotive brand based in Brisbane, Australia.
We design and supply high-quality switches and accessories used in:
- 4WD builds
- caravans
- marine setups
- trade and DIY installs

We are growing fast across retail and trade and focus on:
- clean installs
- premium design
- practical, real-world use

This is not a “follow instructions” role.
We need someone who:
- can take a direction and run with it
- produces content without being chased
- improves over time, not repeats the same work
- understands that content exists to drive performance, not just look good

What You’ll Be Doing
- Edit and produce short-form video content (ads + organic)
- Create high-converting static creatives (ads, emails, social)
- Turn raw footage into multiple variations and angles
- Continuously create new creatives from existing content
- Work from briefs provided by the marketing team
- Suggest improvements and new creative directions
- Stay up to date with trends, tools, and AI-based workflows

Tools (Not Mandatory, but Preferred)
- Adobe Suite / Premiere Pro / After Effects
- Canva (for speed where needed)
- CapCut or similar for fast editing
- Experience using AI tools in design workflows
