JOB OVERVIEW

Full-Time | Remote | Design Support for Fast-Paced Sports Marketing Projects
Must be available for UK and UAE overlapping hours

Key Responsibilities
• Create fast-turnaround design assets for sports marketing events, campaigns, and post-event content
• Design static graphics, motion graphics, event visuals, social media assets, and digital marketing materials
• Support short-term event projects with quick response times and reliable availability
• Edit and prepare assets based on event photos, videos, and internal creative direction
• Work directly with our production and design team for daily task assignments
• Follow brand guidelines and ensure all outputs are accurate, polished, and delivered on time
• Support multiple projects depending on skill set, availability, and workload
• Handle Arabic text layouts carefully when needed and spot possible text errors before delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong experience in graphic design, sports marketing, event marketing, or fast-paced creative production
• Ability to work on urgent design tasks with 24 to 48-hour turnaround timelines
• Strong portfolio showing static design, motion graphics, digital content, and event-related work
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with internal teams
• Reliable, responsive, and able to work with shifting project demands
• Comfortable working remotely with direct task assignments
• Able to start quickly when needed, sometimes within 1 to 2 days’ notice
• Must be confident in presenting work, following instructions, and meeting tight deadlines
• Must be honest about experience, availability, and tool proficiency

Tools proficiency requirement
Must be proficient in relevant design and creative tools such as:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Motion graphics tools
• 3D design tools, if applicable
• Google Drive or similar file-sharing platforms
• Communication and project coordination tools used by the team

Nice to Have
• Experience working on sports events, marathons, live events, activations, or campaign launches
• Experience with UAE, UK, or international marketing projects
• Ability to work with Arabic text layouts or identify Arabic text errors
• Based in or near the UAE is a plus, but not required
• Experience working with global teams across different time zones
• Strong motion graphics, 3D, and multi-skilled creative background
