JOB OVERVIEW

We’re hiring an experienced, creative and performance-driven Senior Native Ads Designer who can produce high-converting ads (static images, GIFs, and short-form videos) for native ad platforms such as Taboola, Outbrain, NewsBreak, Revcontent, and MGID.
We want you if you are a designer who brings their own ideas and creativity to identify new ad angles, and consistently improve creatives based on performance.

What You’ll Do:
- Create scroll-stopping static image creatives
- Create GIFs for various ad placements with light animation
- Create short video ads (5–15 seconds) for various products that capture attention
- Create new ad concepts and variations based on the product landing page/advertorial
- Iterate fast based on ad performance results
- Possibility to manage your own team of ad designers

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of prior experience with performance ads on native platforms (Taboola, Outbrain, MGID, RevContent, etc)
- Strong understanding of what drives performance in native (hook, curiosity, simplicity)
- Ability to generate your own creative ideas from a given page
- Knowledge of AI Tools such Higgsfield, ChatGPT, Sora, Gemini to create new ads + variations
- High-level English communication skills
- Reliability
