Base $1,000/month (USD) + 15% commission on gross profit, uncapped + path to equity

WHO WE ARE
Arkscale Ventures builds and backs new businesses. We provide the company, website, systems, finance and delivery. We are looking for proven closers to lead new business lines, selling the kind of product or service they have already sold successfully.

THE ROLE
You will lead sales for a new business line built around a market you know. That means finding prospects, running outreach, booking and running sales calls, sending proposals and closing deals. We handle everything behind the sale: the company, contracts, invoicing, delivery and support.

This is a new business line, not an established sales team. You are building it from the first customer, with our full infrastructure behind you.

WHAT YOU GET
- Base salary: $1,000 per month, paid in USD.
- Commission: 15% of gross profit on every deal you close, uncapped, paid monthly on cleared funds.
- What that looks like: a business line making $10,000 gross profit a month pays you $1,500 in commission on top of your base. At $20,000, it is $3,000 on top.
- Equity: once your business line reaches agreed profit targets, a path to a shareholding in it.
- Everything behind you: company, website, email, phone, CRM, contracts and delivery, from day one.

WHO YOU ARE
- You have personally closed B2B deals, not just booked meetings, and can prove it.
- You have sold the same product or service repeatedly, at a known price, to a known type of buyer.
- You are comfortable with cold outreach and running your own pipeline.
- You work independently, report honestly and hit weekly activity targets.
- Fluent written and spoken English, comfortable selling to US or UK clients.

HOW IT WORKS
- First 90 days: a ramp period with weekly activity targets and a review at 30, 60 and 90 days.
- After that: base continues while targets are met; commission is paid monthly on cleared funds.
