JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer in the civil and structural engineering consulting industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in civil site design, infrastructure development, and engineering production. This role will support large-scale commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects, including site development, drainage systems, roadway design, and utility coordination.

The Senior Civil Engineer will work closely with US-based leadership and play a critical role in overseeing engineering production, ensuring design quality, and mentoring junior engineers within an offshore engineering team.

Job Responsibilities
Lead civil engineering production work for site development and infrastructure projects.
Prepare and review engineering drawings, plans, and technical documentation for civil site design projects.
Develop grading, drainage, utility, and roadway design solutions.
Collaborate with US-based engineers and project managers to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations.
Ensure all engineering work complies with applicable codes, regulations, and project requirements.
Support engineering calculations and design analysis for site development and infrastructure improvements.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and production staff.
Assist in managing engineering workflows and maintaining project timelines.
Participate in design reviews and help resolve technical issues across multiple projects.
Contribute to process improvements that support scaling the engineering team.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of experience in civil engineering design or consulting.
Strong experience with civil site development, drainage design, and infrastructure projects.
Experience working on commercial, industrial, or public infrastructure projects is highly preferred.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and related engineering software.
Strong understanding of engineering standards, construction documentation, and permitting processes.
Experience mentoring or supervising junior engineers is preferred.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote team environment.
