About Everything Accounted For (EAF)
At Everything Accounted For (EAF), we provide specialized bookkeeping services to businesses across a wide range of industries. Our clients range from small owner-operated companies to multi-million-dollar organizations with over 200 employees.
Our role is to handle the day-to-day financial operations behind the scenes so business owners can focus on growth. We maintain accurate books, perform month-end closes, and provide clear, timely financial reporting that clients rely on to make decisions.
We currently support over 50 clients and continue to grow.
The Role
We are looking for a Senior Bookkeeper who can own client files from start to finish, not just perform tasks.
This role is best suited for someone who:
- Is highly detail-oriented but also understands the bigger financial picture
- Is comfortable working independently and making judgment calls
- Enjoys solving problems and figuring things out
- Has experience managing multiple clients or entities simultaneously
This is not an entry-level role. You should be confident handling full-cycle bookkeeping with minimal supervision and producing clean, accurate books that are ready for accountant review.

- Manage A/P, A/R, invoicing, and reconciliations
- Maintain and review charts of accounts
- Investigate discrepancies and resolve issues independently
Month-End Close
- Perform and complete month-end close processes
- Reconcile bank, credit card, and loan accounts
- Review financial statements for accuracy and anomalies
- Ensure books are accurate and ready for review at all times
Financial Reporting
- Prepare Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and A/R Aging reports
- Maintain organized, audit-ready financial records
Payroll & Remittances
- Manage payroll entries and payroll runs
- Process payroll remittances, and WSBC where applicable
Process Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements
- Help develop and refine internal systems and workflows
Team Collaboration
- Participate in tea
- Stay available on Slack during working hours
- Support teammates and contribute to solutions

- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- The ability to work efficiently without sacrificing accuracy
- Comfort switching between multiple files and priorities
- Reliability and accountability
- Professional judgment and discretion with confidential data
You should be comfortable:
- Investigating and resolving discrepancies without step-by-step instructions
- Learning unfamiliar processes or tools independently
- Asking thoughtful questions when necessary, but not relying on constant direction
Work Environment
