JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a full-time Senior Bookkeeper/Controller to support our accounting and finance operations.

Your primary focus will be managing our bookkeeping, month-end close, payroll, CRA/HST remittances, financial reporting, cash flow, AR follow-ups, and vendor invoice communication.

You MUST have strong full-cycle bookkeeping experience, excellent QuickBooks Online skills, Canadian payroll/CRA knowledge, and confidence making outbound calls for collections and vendor inquiries. Construction, millwork, trades, or project-based accounting experience is strongly preferred.

This is a full-time role and runs on EST or “graveyard shift.”
