JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Senior Bookkeeper / CPA to join a growing international team. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on experience in NetSuite and a solid background in accounting and financial reporting.

You will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and supporting overall financial processes.

Must Have
-Minimum 5 years experience in bookkeeping and accounting
-At least 3 years hands-on experience with NetSuite (ERP) (Required)
-Strong understanding of Revenue Recognition
-Knowledge of IFRS 15 or US GAAP
-Experience in a Senior Bookkeeper or Controller-level role
-High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Responsibilities
-Manage full-cycle bookkeeping and accounting tasks
-Maintain accurate financial records and reports
-Work within NetSuite ERP for daily financial operations
-Support financial reporting and reconciliation processes
-Apply revenue recognition standards in financial tracking
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial workflows
-Assist in improving and maintaining financial systems and processes

Plus to Have
-Experience with financial tools such as: Mesh Payments, Salesforce, Stripe
-7+ years of overall accounting experience
-Experience working with international clients or remote teams
