## Hiring Process
We care heavily about bookkeeping quality, communication, and long-term fit.
Please include:
**1. Your resume**
**2. A short video introduction, 2–3 minutes, answering:**

This is a long-term opportunity for the right person to become an important part of our Tax & Accounting Production team.
