This role is for a senior operator, not a junior media buyer. You have built and scaled B2B lead generation systems and understand how to attract decision makers, not clicks.
Role Summary
We are hiring a Senior B2B Paid Media Lead to own Meta and LinkedIn advertising for a high-growth technology services company. The mandate is simple: generate qualified business leads at scale and continuously improve lead quality.
Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end strategy and execution of Meta and LinkedIn lead generation campaigns
• Build targeting strategies focused on executives, founders, and decision makers
• Design and manage structured testing frameworks for creative, copy, and audiences
• Optimize for lead quality, not just cost per lead
• Work closely with funnel and automation specialist to improve lead to meeting conversion
• Provide strategic insights, not just reports
Requirements
• 3 to 7 years of direct B2B paid media experience
• Demonstrated success running Meta and LinkedIn lead generation campaigns
• Experience targeting by job title, company size, and industry
• Strong analytical skills and decision making under performance pressure
• Clear communication and accountability
