We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Senior Associate - US Finance to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations during the property acquisition process. Job Description:
As a Senior Associate - US Finance, you will oversee and manage the process of acquiring multiple properties concurrently. You will coordinate with various stakeholders, monitor deadlines, and ensure all documentation complies with company standards and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the real estate acquisition process from contract execution to closing.
Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
Communicate with sellers, agents, attorneys, title companies, lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction process.
Track and monitor contract deadlines, ensuring no milestones are missed.
Maintain organized and up-to-date records in our CRM and transaction management systems.
Conduct quality control checks on all documents to ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and other pre-closing activities as required.
Prepare and deliver progress reports to tea
Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the transaction process.
Use and maintain spreadsheets to track acquisitions, budgets, and transaction progress.
Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Senior Associate - US Finance.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in real estate software (e.g., Dotloop, Skyslope, or similar CRM systems).
Knowledge of real estate contracts, procedures, and terminology.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
