THE ROLE
This is a senior front office position with real ownership. You will be the operational engine of our Appraisal Operations Department — the person who keeps orders moving, clients updated, appraisers scheduled, and nothing falling through the cracks.
You’ll work directly with our Appraisal Operations Manager, hold independent decision-making authority on day-to-day coordination, and play a hands-on role in shaping how our front office runs as we scale.
This is not a task-ticker role. It is a thinking role for someone who takes pride in running a tight operation.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
– Full order lifecycle management across ANOW — from bid acceptance through report delivery and closure
– Independent bid decisions on standard residential assignments; zero waiting on someone else to move your queue
– Inspection scheduling and appraiser route optimization for our Chicago and Dallas markets
– Outreach calling and pipeline management across our AMC and direct client accounts
– Report delivery via AMC portals in all required formats — PDF, XML, ENB
– Revision management end-to-end — you communicate, you track, you close
– Zoho CRM ownership for outreach tracking and lead pipeline management
– Keeping ANOW audit-ready at all times — data integrity is non-negotiable here
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
– Minimum 2 years of experience in a US AMC, appraisal office, or appraisal management environment — this is a hard requirement, not a preference
– Working knowledge of US residential appraisal order types: 1004/URAR, FHA, Field Review, New Construction, Desktop
– Hands-on experience with ANOW or a comparable appraisal CRM (Mercury Network, Appraisal Inbox, etc.)
– Professional written and spoken English — you are client-facing from day one
– The ability to manage 20+ active orders simultaneously without losing your composure or your accuracy
– Availability to work full CST business hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
– CRM experience in Zoho, Salesforce, or equivalent is a strong advantage
