JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

This is not a junior, volume-based SDR role.

You’ll be responsible for high-quality, strategic conversations with business owners — not mindless dialing.

Your focus:

Speaking directly with founders and decision-makers
Qualifying leads properly (no time-wasters)
Handling objections with confidence (price, trust, timing)
Booking high-intent, sales-ready appointments
Must-Have Experience (Non-Negotiable)
Proven experience booking appointments for digital marketing agencies
Experience working with the Australian market
Strong understanding of:
SEO & AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation)
Google Ads & Meta Ads
Lead generation funnels
ROI-driven marketing conversations
Track record of booking calls that actually convert

Strong objection handling (especially around trust and past agency experiences)
High-level qualification (we don’t want low-quality bookings)
Understanding of:
Agency economics

Outreach via LinkedIn, cold calls, email, and DMs
Running qualification conversations
Booking high-intent appointments for closers
Managing CRM and pipeline updates
Providing feedback to improve targeting, messaging, and campaigns

Objection handling (price, trust, timing)
Consultative selling
Clear, confident communication
Ability to speak with founders and business owners
Self-management and accountability
