ABOUT THE AGENCY

THE ROLE
We need a PPC Specialist who can take immediate ownership of 4-6 client accounts on Amazon and Walmart from day one -- auditing, optimizing, scaling, and documenting without close supervision. You will work alongside our PPC Team Lead and report directly to agency leadership. This is a Tier 3 execution role with a documented fast-track path to Tier 4 (Team Lead) based on performance, not tenure.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- Full campaign management across Sponsored Products, Brands, Display, and SBV on Amazon
- Walmart Connect campaign management -- setup, optimization, and scaling
- TACOS and profitability-driven bid strategy -- not just ACOS management
- Search term mining, keyword expansion, and match type architecture
- Portfolio structure, budget pacing, and bid cap discipline across 4-6 accounts
- Daily/weekly ClickUp updates with clear rationale on all optimizations
- Participation in SOP development and knowledge sharing
WHAT WE REQUIRE
- 3+ years hands-on Amazon PPC management -- agency experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple accounts without close supervision
- Deep understanding of TACOS, contribution margin, and break-even logic -- not just ACOS
- Hands-on experience with SP, SB, SD, and SBV campaign types
- Proficient in Pacvue, Perpetua, Helium 10, DataDive, or comparable platforms
- Walmart Connect experience is a significant plus -- state clearly in your application
- Amazon DSP exposure is a bonus
- ClickUp or equivalent PM tool discipline -- you update, you close, you flag proactively
- Minimum 25 hours/week -- full-time (40 hrs) preferred
NICE TO HAVE
- Multi-marketplace experience (US / EU / UK)
- Experience building or improving PPC SOPs and team processes
- Exposure to AI-assisted workflows or automation tools

- 2-week paid trial before full engagement
- Quarterly tier reviews with transparent comp progression
COMPENSATION -- FULL PATH, NO SURPRISES
- Paid trial (2 weeks): $7-8/hr
- Tier 3 base upon hire: $8-9/hr
- Tier 4 lead track at 90 days (performance-triggered): $10-12/hr
- Paid weekly via Wise. Performance bonuses tied to client KPI achievement reviewed quarterly. Advancement is based on documented performance criteria -- not arbitrary decisions.
