JOB SUMMARY:
We're seeking a dynamic and self-driven PPC Marketing Associate, focusing primarily on Amazon, to join our PPC team. The candidate will be adept in managing and scaling paid advertising initiatives, encompassing Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and more. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing our online presence and driving sales growth through strategic and effective paid marketing campaigns. We are always launching new products and creating new campaigns and learning new products is crucial.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
1. Management and optimization of PPC advertising campaigns, with a specific focus on Amazon's advertising platform. This includes developing strategies tailored to each marketplace, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with brand goals.
2. Conduct in-depth keyword research for existing and upcoming product launches, utilizing advanced tools like Helium10. This involves understanding different market dynamics and consumer behaviors across various regions.
3. Initiate, develop, and manage new campaigns within the Amazon Sponsored Campaign Manager, creating them from scratch. This involves tailoring campaigns specifically for the USA, Canada, and Mexico marketplaces to meet the distinct needs and preferences of each audience and market.
4. Analyze and select high-potential keywords and competitor strategies for targeting in each marketplace.
5. Oversee comprehensive project management and execution of marketing campaigns across our diverse brand portfolio. This includes coordinating with tea ---------- mbers in different regions to ensure a consistent and effective approach across all marketplaces.
6. Engage in proactive development and refinement of processes to optimize marketing strategies for current and future product lines, with a focus on scalability and efficiency across all markets.
7. Monitor and analyze growth trends, ensuring our strategies align with business objectives in each marketplace. This involves regular assessment and adjustment of strategies based on performance data and market insights.
8. Maintain and enhance keyword rankings in each marketplace, implementing targeted marketing strategies to achieve desired positions and visibility.
9. Perform negative targeting keywords as campaigns have matured and produced keyword results.
10. Oversee daily trends in ACOS, profitability, and spending across multiple brands and marketplaces, adapting strategies as needed to optimize results.

Stay informed about emerging trends and shifts in the Amazon ecosystem and the broader online shopping sphere

EDUCATION:
A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or a related field from an accredited institution is preferred.
Additional studies in Performance Marketing, Analytics, or Mathematics are advantageous.
Proficiency in French or German will be highly regarded.

EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer acquisition role, preferably in a B2C environment, with a focus on Amazon PPC.
A robust financial and analytical background to support experimental and evolving marketing strategies.
Proficiency in Helium10/Junglescout tools.
Prior experience in consumer goods, especially in home & kitchen, office products, or similar categories, is highly desired.
Strong teamwork capabilities, coupled with impactful leadership and management skills.

Commitment to a minimum of 40 hours per week.

This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from any location.
