JOB OVERVIEW

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Amazon operator to take full ownership of our Amazon and marketplace operations.
This is an execution-driven role. You will manage the entire Amazon ecosystem, ensure tasks are completed on time, oversee PPC performance, and continuously identify growth opportunities. You will work closely with leadership and coordinate a small team (PPC specialists + assistant).

Key Responsibilities:

- Amazon Operations (Core)
- Manage Amazon Seller Central end-to-end
- Optimize listings (titles, bullets, keywords, A+ content)
- Monitor account health and resolve issues
- Manage inventory, FBA shipments, and forecasting
- PPC Oversight (Not Hands-On Execution)
- Review campaign performance (ACoS, TACoS, ROAS)
- Oversee PPC team strategy and hold them accountable
- Identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Marketplace Expansion
- Manage Shopify operations (product listings, sync, promos, etc)
- Manage Walmart Marketplace (required)
- Explore new channels (TikTok Shop is a plus)
- Performance & Growth
- Own Amazon P&L and unit economics
- Conduct competitor and keyword analysis
- Lead product launches and ranking strategies

Team & Execution:

- Coordinate PPC team and assistant to ensure alignment with performance goals
- Coordinate closely with the design team by creating clear briefs, setting priorities, and ensuring timely delivery of creatives aligned with campaign and listing needs
- Ensure all tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards
- Maintain organized workflows and communication using tools such as Asana and Slack

Requirements:

- 5+ years hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience
- Proven track record managing $1M+ annual revenue
- Strong understanding of PPC (strategy + analysis)
- Experience with Helium 10, Data Rova, Jungle Scout, or similar tools
- Inventory management and forecasting experience
- Shopify experience (required)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written English and communication skills

Nice to Have:

- Supplement or health brand experience
- TikTok Shop experience
- Experience managing a team or agencies
- Walmart Marketplace experience
