MontBlack Inc. is a U.S.-based digital distribution company. We partner with legacy and family-owned consumer brands and manage their full marketplace presence on Amazon and Walmart. We currently operate 6+ active brand accounts and are bringing our marketplace operations fully in-house.
We are looking for someone who has operated inside an Amazon agency or multi-brand environment — someone who has seen and solved every type of Amazon problem across multiple accounts simultaneously.
You are not here to learn marketplace basics. You are here to install a system that scales.
Your responsibility is to build and maintain the marketplace operating system that allows MontBlack to grow multiple brands simultaneously. Walmart follows Amazon’s core logic — if you own Amazon PPC end-to-end, you will own Walmart within 30 days.
What You Will Own
PPC & Advertising
? Build and manage Amazon SP, SB, and SD campaigns across all brand accounts
? Build and manage Walmart Sponsored Ads inside Seller Center — candidates with strong Amazon PPC fundamentals will adapt quickly as Walmart’s ad structure follows similar logic
? Create SOPs for campaign structure, keyword strategy, bid management, and launch sequencing
? Build standardized product launch frameworks (discovery ? ranking ? scaling)
? Weekly search term audits, negative keyword management, and budget pacing
? Monitor and optimize ACoS, TACoS, CTR, CVR across the full portfolio
? Diagnose conversion issues impacting ad performance and align PPC with listing quality
? Build standardized reporting across all brands
? Actively use AI tools for keyword research, campaign analysis, and workflow efficiency — this is a requirement, not a bonus
Catalog & Listing Integrity
? Resolve suppressed listings, stranded inventory, broken variations, and catalog errors
? Build and manage product variations using flat files
? Fix catalog structures, merge duplicate ASINs, and correct listing attribution
? Reclaim listings under incorrect brand names or third-party seller accounts
? Manage bulk listing updates across multiple accounts
? Build SOPs for flat files, variation creation, and catalog maintenance
Brand Registry & Brand Authority
? Enroll brands in Amazon Brand Registry, including brands with pending or no active trademarks
? Execute Brand Registry through IP Accelerator and alternative pathways
? Identify and resolve listings attributed to incorrect or outdated brand names
? Execute brand name correction requests through Seller Support and Brand Registry
? Transfer listing ownership and brand attribution to the correct entity
? Manage the full reclamation process — from case opening to confirmed ownership transfer
? Handle brand entity consolidation and brand name corrections
? Manage storefronts and A+ Content coordination
? Execute hijacker removal, unauthorized seller reporting, and IP complaint filing
? Maintain a portfolio-level tracker for trademark status, Brand Registry, and protection
Walmart Operations
? Set up and manage Walmart Seller Center accounts for new brands
? Handle item setup, content score optimization, and catalog management
? Run and optimize Walmart Sponsored Products campaigns — if you own Amazon PPC, you will own this within 30 days
? Resolve Walmart-specific listing and catalog issues
? Build SOPs for Walmart onboarding and account management
What the First 90 Days Look Like
Days 1–30
? Full audit of all brand accounts (PPC, catalog, Brand Registry, hijackers, Walmart gaps)
? Deliver a written assessment with prioritized actions
Days 31–60
? Resolve suppressed listings
? Brand Registry enrolled or in progress for all brands
? PPC structures rebuilt or validated
? Walmart onboarding and advertising initiated
Days 61–90
? Full SOP library completed (PPC, catalog, onboarding, brand protection)
? Reporting system implemented
? Train at least one junior tea
Performance Metrics
Performance will be evaluated based on:
? TACoS improvement across brands
? Speed of resolving suppressed listings and catalog issues
? Brand Registry enrollment completion rate
? Successful SOP system installation and team adoption
You Are the Right Fit If
? You have 4+ years in Amazon marketplace operations (agency or multi-account environment)
? You have managed multiple accounts simultaneously (8+ preferred)
? You have enrolled brands in Brand Registry, including without active trademarks
? You understand IP Accelerator and alternative enrollment pathways
? You have reclaimed listings and handled complex case escalations
? You have executed brand name corrections and listing ownership transfers
? You have basic Walmart Seller Center experience or have actively used it — deep Amazon mastery is the priority, but you must be willing to own Walmart fully within 30 days
? You have handled hijacker removal and IP complaints
? You are advanced with flat files, variations, and catalog fixes
? You actively use AI tools in your daily workflow — not occasionally, but as a core part of how you operate
? You have built SOPs and operational systems
? You think like an operator, not a task executor
Requirements
? Stable internet and professional home office
? Partial overlap with U.S. Eastern or Central time zones
? Available to start within 2–3 weeks
