Location: Fully remote - we are a London-based company
Employment: Full-time, permanent
Experience: 5+ years hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience
Reporting to: Head of Ecommerce
About Atlantic Access
Atlantic Access helps US consumer brands launch and grow across the UK and Europe. We provide a turnkey solution covering ecommerce, Amazon marketplace management, logistics, warehousing and wider market expansion.
We manage a growing portfolio of consumer brands across Amazon UK and European marketplaces. Our ecommerce team includes account management, PPC, administration and strategic support, with dedicated Stock & Logistics and Creative teams supporting the wider business.
We are a small, growing business where you will work closely with senior management, gain exposure to multiple accounts and markets, and have the opportunity to take on greater responsibility as you develop.
The Role
We are looking for a Senior Amazon Executive with at least five years of hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience to join our ecommerce team.
This is a hands-on Amazon seller role. You will take day-to-day ownership of the accounts assigned to you across the UK and Europe - involved in account strategy, content creation and the strategic direction of PPC (we already have an in-house PPC Manager who handles campaign execution), working closely with our Head of Ecommerce.
Staying close to the data matters - understanding why accounts are performing the way they are, spotting trends and knowing what is working and what is not - but this is fundamentally a role about driving accounts forward, not just reporting on them.
You should be genuinely curious about why an account is performing the way it is and what we should do next - whether that means improving conversion, spotting a shift in demand, reacting to a change in the data or flagging a risk before it becomes a problem.
Key Responsibilities
Account Strategy & Management
-Take day-to-day ownership of the performance, strategy and upkeep of your assigned Amazon accounts across the UK and Europe.
-Set the direction for each account - d
-Maintain listings, catalogue structure, variations, A+ Content and Brand Stores so accounts stay accurate and healthy.
-Proactively identify and resolve catalogue, suppression, account health, Buy Box and content issues.
-Maintain clear priorities and follow-through across multiple accounts and marketplaces.
Content & Conversion
-Create and optimise titles, bullet points, descriptions and A+ Content.
-Conduct keyword, competitor and category research.
-Use customer behaviour and performance data to improve product positioning and conversion.
-Work with our creative team to improve imagery and other product content.
PPC & Advertising
-Own the strategic direction of PPC for your accounts, ensuring advertising supports wider account objectives.
-Work closely with our in-house PPC Manager, who handles campaign build and execution.
-Review PPC performance and identify priorities, opportunities and areas of concern.
-Use advertising and search-term data to inform content, keyword and organic growth strategy.
Performance & Analysis
-Monitor sales, traffic, conversion, organic ranking, advertising and other key performance metrics.
-Stay on top of trends - spotting what is working, what is not and what is changing across accounts and marketplaces.
-Investigate the underlying reasons for changes in performance and act on them.
-Identify opportunities for new products, bundles, variations and marketplace expansion.
-Use Amazon and third-party data to support decisions and measure results.
Team & Operational Coordination
-Work closely with the Head of Ecommerce, PPC, administration, creative and Stock & Logistics teams.
-Monitor stock availability from an ecommerce perspective and flag risks that could impact sales or advertising.
-Clearly brief other team members, follow up actions and escalate blockers early.
-Support client discussions with clear, data-led updates.
