?WE ARE HIRING – Senior Amazon E-Commerce Specialist (Apparel | Work From Home) ?

We are a growing company entering the **e-commerce industry** and are looking for a **highly experienced Amazon professional** who can build, launch, and scale our Amazon business **from the ground up**. This role requires **top-tier, hands-on expertise across all areas of Amazon operations**.

? Job Overview

The Senior Amazon E-Commerce Specialist will take full ownership of our Amazon store—from initial setup to ongoing management and growth. You will be responsible for developing strategies, executing operations, and driving performance in a highly competitive marketplace.

? Key Responsibilities

• Set up Amazon Seller Central account and configure store from scratch
• Create, upload, and optimize product listings (titles, bullets, descriptions, keywords, images)
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices for Amazon
• Develop and manage competitive pricing strategies
• Monitor inventory, product performance, and sales metrics
• Handle order management, reporting, and operational workflows
• Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to increase sales and visibility
• Stay updated with Amazon policies, trends, and algorithm changes
• Coordinate with internal teams or suppliers for product and listing requirements

✅ Required Experience & Qualifications

• **Minimum 3–5+ years of proven experience managing Amazon accounts (MANDATORY)**
• Demonstrated experience **launching and scaling Amazon stores from scratch**
• Strong expertise in **Amazon Seller Central (end-to-end operations)**
• Hands-on experience in:

* Product listing creation & optimization
* Pricing strategy and competitor analysis
* Order processing and account management
• Experience in the **apparel industry is highly preferred**
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and performance data
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven
• Ability to work independently in a remote (work-from-home) environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
