JOB OVERVIEW

Senior Amazon Catalog, SEO & Account Health Manager (Exclusive, Full-Time)

We are a multi-million dollar U.S.-based Amazon seller in the personalized products space. We operate at a high level and expect precision, ownership, and deep Amazon expertise.

This is NOT an entry-level role.

We are looking for a senior Amazon operator who fully understands Seller Central, policy, catalog structure, organic ranking, and listing conversion.

PPC is NOT part of this role. We have a separate ads team.

You will be responsible for:

• Full ownership of Account Health and policy compliance
• Monitoring AHR and preventing violations before they happen
• Handling policy warnings, variation issues, PDP violations
• Writing and submitting strong, professional appeals
• Deep keyword research for organic ranking
• Writing high-converting titles, bullets, and backend search terms
• Managing listing SEO strategy
• Structuring and managing variation families correctly
• Advanced flat file uploads and troubleshooting
• Managing A+ content strategy and execution
• Coordinating with designers on image direction
• Launching new ASINs correctly and compliantly
• Monitoring competitors and identifying ranking opportunities

You must have:

• 3+ years hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience
• Proven success handling policy violations and appeals
• Strong understanding of Amazon ranking factors
• Deep variation and catalog structure knowledge
• Advanced flat file skills
• Experience managing 100+ SKUs
• Strong copywriting ability in English
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to operate independently without constant supervision

This role requires full exclusivity. We do not engage with individuals servicing multiple clients. We pay above market specifically for focus and commitment.
